I want to give a BIG shout out to Jake and his team. They helped me out when I was in a bind. I drove up from FL for work and my 2015 Ford Escape started overheating my first day in town. With no one to help me I pulled into the shop and immediately was helped by Jake and the team at Full Boar Auto Service. They diagnosed the problem and said it would take a few days to fix because of parts. I explained to Jake that I didn’t know anyone in town and would not be able to go to work and it was my first week on the job. Jake told me not to worry and provided me a loaner vehicle until my car was fixed. I couldn’t believe it. I’m FL this is unheard of so when I asked what’s the catch his reply was he just want to help and make sure I was good until my car was fixed. That was amazing to me and even more amazing he has the car fixed by Friday and for an incredibly low price. Thank you once again to Jake and the team you guys are a great example on what humanity looks like. Keep up the great work.

We were traveling near Dodgeville on a Friday evening when we encountered a flashing engine light and our vehicle was misfiring. We stopped into the Ford dealership and were told all techs had gone home and they could not do anything until Monday morning? It was 430 amd service was supposed to be open until 5??? We went across the street and Explained the problem to Lee (whose shop also was supposed to close at 5). He immediately had our car taken back and diagnosed and fixed within an hour. Lee and 2 of his crew stayed 45 minutes late on a Friday night to help out a traveling family. There were no complaints. No runaround like the dealership. No hesitation. They made our vacation that was hanging in the balance a reality again. Truly a special place with special people. Thank you once again for getting us back on track.

You can not go wrong with Full Boar Auto Service! Lee is a very honest, reasonable and knowledgeable man with a great team. I have done business with them for a few years now and have always been satisfied with my service, even when the news about what was wrong with my vehicles was not pleasant to hear. Lee stands behind his work, is honest on whether he thinks the work is necessary or if he thinks there are other options. Recently, I requested a complete rebuild on a rear end, which would have been very costly. He considered that option, but also analyzed the issue and suggested a different approach before we assumed the issue was in the rear axle. He could have done the work requested and billed me, then dealt with the other issues, but chose to pursue less expensive options to rule out other issues first. I really appreciate this approach, his honesty and the integrity he brings to auto repair. You will be satisfied if you seek service from him and his team.

Lee made time to get my 230" Dragster in as we fought with fuel supply issues, needless to say after fighting the issue for a month on our own, Lee had us running without fuel issues for the rest of the season. Great pricing and worked with us to make sure our engine was running to its top potential.

Lee was a great help! He worked with us as we got throught a lot of work thay was needed. Ray was right on top of all that was need to be fixed and gave complete estimates. Tracey was very helpful through out it all and everyone was very professional. Outstanding customer service.
